***Once we receive your order by email to yycastlefashionhouse@gmail.com, we will acknowledge and confirm your order by returning your email within next 24 hours.

*** If not satisfied with the stocks that already reach to you,kindly contact us immediately, items can be refund with money but MUST send the items to us in complete set, no any defect or reject. We only refund 70% from the total items price. (example : Total price RM100, we will return RM70 only)

*** Take note that colours for the products that displayed online might be slightly different in the final product due to photographing or computer settings.
*** Yy Castle Fashion House will not take any responsible if posted item is missing on the way of postage. Tracking number will be given to trace your parcel online with ease.

Delivery Notice :

1. Items will only be mailed within 3 working days after payment have been fully made.

2. Order paid (daily after 12 afternoon) will be courier on the next day.

3. Please do understand that we must take 1/2 day to check & packing the item.

POSTAGE CHARGES AS BELOW :

POSLAJU : We provide Pos Laju as a method of postage for customers. Charges varies according to parcel weight.

SELF PICK-UP We provide COD as an option for customer as well.Customer will be advised for place to pick-up order.
